Slicer does not work when merge queries.

Anonymous I'm taking a look at the .pbix that you shared in that thread and to be honest your model isn't making a whole lot of sense to me.
If your "by well" table (which I'm assuming is the "Table A" you're referring to) doesn't contain data at the Month granularity (only by Year), what exactly are you expecting to happen when you filter it by a Month?
