Slicer does not refresh when selecting slicer values
1. I have dummy sales data with date which I have modified to add calculated columns for Year, Quarter and Week of Sales.

2. I have added Slicers for Year, Quarter, Week.
3. I have used "Edit Interactions" so that
- Week slicer does not filter Year and Quarter
- Quarter slicer does not filter Year
The reason I have done this is that I want to have the possibility to select a different value in the Year/Quarter slicer at any point.
The problem I face is that when I switch from
Year = 2019, Quarter = Qtr 4 to Year = 2020, the Qtr 4 value is still selected in the Quarter slicer even though there is no rows with Qtr 4 value defined for year 2020.
How can this problem be resolved ?
Anonymous , try Hierarchy Slicer
That might give better option. Or create a Hierarchy and then try without switching off interaction
