Slicer data filter using other slicer

Hi Power BI Experts,

How to acheive the below requirement using dax. I want the data updation in slicer 1 by using other slicer 2. 

All are single value selection in slicers.

You need have table with year and value, which have these type of values 

2021  X

2021  Y

2021  Z

2020  X

2020  Y

2020  A

This will help in getting that
