Slicer and Drill Down in a Chart

Hey,

I have a problem. I have one Chart with a hierarchy of Product Groups - it has 4 levels. I can easily drill down in the Chart by clicking on the axis. When I click on "Hauseigene Produkte", I get to the next level and see only the product groups of "Hauseigene Produkte". Now... I would like to add a slicer to my report which does the same thing. So my bosses dont have to click in that Chart but using the Slicer.

But if I use a normal slice (or the HiarchySlicer) the Chart only stays on one level without drilling down according to the slicer. So if I use the HierarchySlicer, the amounts on the Chart change, but not the axis. Even if I choose only some product Groups on the second and third level the axis only stays on the first level. See the picture...

What I would like, is that the axis changes according to the slicer -> if I slice on the first level the axis of the Chart only gives the first level. If I click on a deeper level I would love the axis to jump to that level, too.

Is there any solution for this?

Thank you so much in advance!

Sarah

Hi @SarahAlsterspre

One workaround is to click on the icons of the bar chart:

"go to the next level in the hierarchy" or "expand all down one level in the hierarchy",
