I think you are using the visual Slicer(new), in which Style cannot be found.
If you want to see Style, you can choose Slicer visual.

When I put date in the slicer visual I get these options in formatting:

Hi, yes i did see the same on net too while i searched for a solution. But in mine the style option itself is not available.
