Hi all,
Is it possible to configure a slicer so the only item that appears is the search box?
There are too many id's to display.
No one is going to scroll through a list to find what they are looking for.
Thanks,

Hi, @UncleLewis
Text filter visual is what you need.
You will only get a search box without a drop down list and the visual will select all the items that match.
If you can't download the visual from the appsource, then you can download my attachment and then import the file.(.pbiviz file).
Import a visual file from your local computer into Power BI

Thanks,
I want to be able to disable the list or drop-down behavior of the Slicer
The user should only be able to enter a value to search into the slicer.
I cannot download other visuals from appsource.
Thanks
