Slicer Not working

It works! what way would it be for Module and SOW Slicers to work?

If you want to use Module and SOW Slicers to filter DP List and Table - JV(Piping).You may create 2 tables: Module table and SOW Table like Deck Order table.Then link the 2 tables with DP List and Table - JV(Piping) like above way.Use the 2 tables column as slicers.Below are some articles for your reference.

I made a exact same table for deck and make relationship as below.
But, it doesn't work...? any idea?
