AvPowerBI weird, I'm still using old one, switch to old one, change it and then switch back. The new format pane is still in preview and some of the features are not fully rolled out, maybe that is the reason.

Super UserAvPowerBI You need to turn off responsive in the general tab under the formatting pane but be mindful about turning off the responsive.
