Slicer Border Conditional Formatting by measure

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with slicer border conditional formatting. The conditional formatting is not applying for the slicer, where iam able to see the changes in table chart. Is there any bug in the slicer border where we are not able to apply the conditional formatting? If the slicer border conditional formatting wont work what is the need to adding the fx option? Please help.

    Hello PrakashPalle 
    For better understanding you should attach a demo data file with the used DAX for the measure
    And as per your requirement it can not be done on the same slicer
    i.e

    Like the above SS you can apply formatting depending on other slicer
