Single Sign On Landing Page

Hello,

 

We have created a custom Power BI Single Sign On App (using OKTA) which directs our users to the Workspaces page - https://app.powerbi.com/workspaces.

 

However, the problem I am finding is that for some users the Workspace page opens briefly and then the user is redirected the Get Data page.

 

Any ideas why this is happening?

 

How can I resolve this issue?

    Hi hdannawi,

     

    Are those users added to WorkSpace members? Do they have Power BI Pro license? To be an admin or member of an app workspace, Pro license is required.

      Hi Yuliana,

       

      Yes we've added the users as members of the Workspace and confirming they do have a PRO license.
