Single Guage Chart with dynamic colors based on values

How to create a guage chart using above data to get a guage chart as shown in picture(shown for Type - "A")  

Type Column will be placed at "Filter in this visual"

ValueMin (to) ValueRg1 then Color4
ValueRg1 (to) ValueRg2 then Color5
ValueRg2 (to) ValueMax then Color6
