I had the same issue with finding a single date picker in Power BI. The workaround I created was to use a date slicer with the "Style: Before" setting, then cover the start date with a text box. For the visuals, I applied the same date with Top 1 by value of that Date, ensuring only one date is selected. This method effectively creates a single date picker functionality.
