Single Company Data in each page using Power BI Report Builder

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create a paginated report using Power BI report builder which should show each company data on one page like this. There are more than 50 companies and the output should have 50 pages of PDF having single company data in each page?

I have tried using list in report builder but no luck. Could you pls assist? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please add a list in the report, then add page break to list by following steps:

  • In design mode, click and select the list.
  • In Row Groups pane, click Group Properties, click Add button, select Company from Group on drop down list.

  • Click Page Breaks in left pane, select Between each instance of a group.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.
