Simple KPI
Hello, Everything I can see about KPI's seems to assess trend over time. I just want a simple +/- based on 2 figures: eg. 2019 Sales = £1,000 2020 Sales = £1,100 Indicator = Green upwards ...

Thanks all, but the conditional formatting fucntion only works when comparing data within a column.
I am looking to produce a row such as the example below:
2020 2019 KPI/variance analysis
Sales £1,100 / £1,000 / +£100/+10% green arrow indicator
