Hello,
Please can someone confirm it has no significance to DAX whether a field is listed in the "From" or "To" column in the manage relationships window? (I think the USERELATIONSIHP function is unaffected)
Does it have any significance anywhere else?
Thanks
CM
Solved! Go to Solution.
The relationships always have a cardinality.
this implies that a table X (From) filters another table Y (To) predefined in relationships of one to many.
if the ratio is one-to-one, both tables filter each other.
Usually when creating a new relationship the order of selection affects the cardinality of the relationship.
But, when using the USERELATIONSHIP function you would better make sure that the first attribut represents the Many side of the relatioship and the 2nd Column represents the One side.
