Sign in problems on refresh

Hi All, 

Hope someone can help me with this. 

I have a report that I have created in the desktop version of Power Bi, this has been working fine since around November last year (2022). Im not sure if a update has caused the problem. 

For some reason everytime I try to refresh the data I'm being asked to sign in but most of the time I just get multiple blank  windows pop up. When I do get the option to select an account it just pops up with another window after selecting the account. If I just close the windows (clicking on the X in the corner of the window) it will load the data as normal. This wouldn't be a problem if I didn't get mutiple windows popping up. When I say multiple windows, I'm guessing 20-30 plus windows if not more. Please see screen shot below; 

I never used to get this problem. I have cleared all the permissons but hasn't helped. I've uninstalled power bi and reinstalled but again its the same. 

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue as its drving me crazy.
