Side Bar Graph like Tableau

It's not supported in Power BI. But if you are happy to use measures to calculate the counts, you can refer to below article to have a workaround to showing measure names on axis. Actually you always need to have a table which contains all values to be shown on axis.

You can do that easily with the Power BI default visual. The very first visual in the PBI Desktop view

if you are referring to the measures bar chart that tableau creates using 'measure names' and 'measure values', then I am not aware of anything like that in Power BI. sorry man.
if you are open to alternatives, tell this community more details on what you are trying to achieve and who knows one of the super users can jump in with advise. this community is awesome just like the Tableau one, and if someone knows the answer, he will happily help you out.
