Side Bar Graph like Tableau

Hello I am looking for a way to Create a side bar chart visual similar to Tableau.

In Power BI I need my actual column name to be on the Y axis and display the count on the X axis like the image below. Is this possible in Power BI?

You mean the actual column names? So what is the count to be displayed on the X axis? Does it come from a table? 

In Power BI, a field on the X / Y Axis / Legend should be a column from a table. They are populated by the values from that column. The Values fields could be columns or measures. So if you want to show actual column names like your image show, you need to create a table in which a column contains all column name values to be displayed. 

Maybe you can show some dummy data to help us understand what you hope to get. Currently with the info you provided, I think the stacked bar chart or clustered bar chart can meet your need.

So in this situation I would need Strength Category in the Y axis like Tee times/booking etc. I would need the actual column name.

Hi @Anonymous 

It's not supported in Power BI. But if you are happy to use measures to calculate the counts, you can refer to below article to have a workaround to showing measure names on axis. Actually you always need to have a table which contains all values to be shown on axis.

You can do that easily with the Power BI default visual. The very first visual in the PBI Desktop view

if you are referring to the measures bar chart that tableau creates using 'measure names' and 'measure values', then I am not aware of anything like that in Power BI. sorry man.

if you are open to alternatives, tell this community more details on what you are trying to achieve and who knows one of the super users can jump in with advise. this community is awesome just like the Tableau one, and if someone knows the answer, he will happily help you out.
