Showing two matrix in one visual for comparison
Hello,
I have an actual matrix of values with over 8000 rows and another matrix showing target values. I would like to graph them using one visual:
The first picture is showing my suggested visuals to illustrate the data in 2 matrixes: the left one is the actual data with +8000 rows and the right one is target. the below picture is the matrix for target data. I used stacked column chart since I have 2 matrixes but now wanted to put them in one visual(instead of 2 stacked column visuals that I did). I don't want to make a join but just to show them in one single visual. what is the visual I should use and if I need to modify my data model, how?

Hi Anonymous ,
If I understand your requirement correctly that you want to show the data in the two matrix to be in one visual?
If it is, is the data in the two matrix from the different table?
If it is convenient, could you share your data sample as table format and your desired output so that we could help further on it?

Hi v-piga-msft
Yes data are in 2 different tables. My problem is to join the tables or develop an staked column chart to show the data. Either of them would suffice.
Please let me know how to do any of the above?

Hi Anonymous ,
Sorry for the delay.
For your requirement, I'm afraid that you'd better create the relationship between the two tables firstly, and then create the staked column chart in Report view.
In addition, could you share show your sample data in text-tabular format in addition to (or instead of) screen captures. That allows people trying to help to readily copy the data and run a quick test, plus it increases the likelihood of your question being answered. Just use 'Copy table' in Power BI and paste it here. Or, ideally, share the pbix (beware of confidential data).
