Showing the sum of unduplicated values

Hi,

I have the below sample of data. If I was to sum the below projects data it would give a value 205. However I only want it to display in a card the sum of just 1 line from each project. (Avg of the rows)... 20+25+40+15 = 100. Can anyone give me a pointer on this please?

expected result measure: =
SUMX ( VALUES ( Data[Project] ), CALCULATE ( AVERAGE ( Data[Value] ) ) )
