Showing percentage values in visuals

I am using the 100% Stacked bar chart and I need to shrink the visual so it is smaller but each time i do that there is a yellow triangle on the data values and it is making me enlarge it so the values will show.  I want to shrink it and also show the values.

Any suggestions

Could you have tried switch on below setting:

1.PNG

If it still could not help you, it may not support keeping shrinking.
