Showing more items, than selected in a slicer

Hello,
I am having a problem with meeting below requirement:
I have a below data set:

Product NameTypeValue bmkvalu rtrn
Strategy Name 2Strategy1218.46667
Strategy Name 1Strategy18.4666712
Strategy Name 0Strategy3412
Strategy Name 3Strategy127.688889
Product 5Product234.455556
Product 6Product121.222222
Product 7Product18.46667-2.01111
Product 8Product18.69524-5.24444
Product 9Product18.92381-8.47778
Product 10Product19.15238-11.7111
Product 11Product19.38095-14.9444
Product 12Product19.60952-18.1778
Product 13Product19.8381-21.4111
Product 14Product20.06667-24.6444

Data should be shown on a scatter chart, like on a screenshot below.
The issue i am facing is to have a slicer at the top. in slicer we want to show product names, where type = strategy.
When Particular Strategy is selected we want to show values associated with the selected strategy (Strategy 0 according to screenshot) and alll values associated with a products.
In scenario presented on a screenshot we want to show all data from the table except Strategy Name 1, Strategy Name 2, Strategy Name 3, but it should be dynamic and driven by a slicer selection.

Will be grateful if somebody can quide me how to build a proper dax syntax.

Thanks in advance.
