Showing blank page when try to load a custom visual

Hi All

I get an unexpected error that I am getting a blank page when I try to add a custom visual.

Basically, when I try and add a custom visual I can see all the available visuals but as soon as I click any of the visuals I get 'loading data' for a few seconds then a blank page, and nothing. Any ideas? 

As I checked with IT and confirmed that there are no IP addresses blocked.

I had no issue when I was using the free trial version and recently I upgraded to the Pro version (60days trial)

May you please help to fix this.

Hi @romals29 ,

Allow me to ask you a few questions.

What custom visual did you try to add into the report? 

Are other built-in visuals in Power BI Desktop normal?

Are all custom visuals blank or are a specific custom visual blank?

The issue may also be that the field itself is not available for the custom visual you are adding.

I experience this issue when trying to add any custom visuals so all custom visuals adding page is showing as blank.

Thank you for your reply. I am unable to find tenant setting in power bi service. I checked with IT department and from the administrator account also was unable to find the tenant settings.

We get these two options only under 'Admin portal'. 

May you please guide me on how to do this.

@romals29 , As you upgraded to pro check under tenant setting the setting to allow the use of external visual and not certified external visual is on
