Showing an Image as tooltip for table values

Dear all, good morning.

I've received a request from a customer that would like to see the Proof of delivery for every single cargo we are handling for a logistics company. The table is vey simple, as below.

ShipmentNum. | Proof of delivery Number |

123456             | EZEuahUsi

574698             | LusaSi12

123456             | HGLGhgru11

Additionaly we have a Sharepoint containing a pdf file of every POD,  named based on the proof of dellivery number.

Is there a way, that we can show the POD Image once scrolling over the proof of delivery number placed inside a table visual?
