Showing a variance between two cards
I am new to Power BI and I would like to have a 3rd card to the right of "Total Salaries" that shows the variance between "Total FY20 Budgeted Salaries" and "Total Salaries". How can I do this? Scree...

It looks like your Total Salary BY VP is a measure, you should just be able to use [Total Salary BY VP] with no SUM. Measures do not need aggregations around them.
