Hello,
I am not sure if this is possible, but I am hoping to show a decimal value in only ONE category on a bar chart I am using. Currently with rounding, it is showing certain categories as 0%, when in reality they are 0.1% (an important distinction in my line of work). However, I do NOT want the other categories to have decimal places. I ONLY want to make the 0%s turn into 0.1%.
Is this possible?

Not with the standard visual. Make them all one decimal.
Or look into Deneb etc where you can mess with the data labels.
