Showing Tooltips as Data Labels?

Hi everyone,

I have a column & line chart that and I'd like to include the comments on the columns for the respective day, but struggling to figure out a way to do it. Here is my chart currently:

Everything shows up in the tooltips okay, but but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the comments to display something like this:

Here is an example of how the data is set up:

When I try to add the comments column into the visual, i can only get a COUNT of the comments if I put it on the y-axis. When I put the comments column in Tooltips, it displays comments correctly on the correct day.

I'd like to have comments show up in the column itself because this report gets printed out. Any methods of doing this?
