Showing Text in a Matrix Only for a Certain Rows Only

Hi,

I am trying to work out how I can show text values in a matrix but without showing it for the top part of each section (in the row). To show you an example, my source data looks like the following:

Ticket IDTicket CategoryTicket Agent
1After SalesBob
2Pre SalesMarty
3After SalesSam
4UnrelatedBillie

I want to set up a matrix where the rows contains Ticket Category, underneath each one would contain the ticket ID associated with the ticket category AND the ticket agent assigned. I only want the ticket agent to appear for the ticket ID row and not for the ticket category row (as multiple people would have been assigned tickets in that area).

To show you an example, this is what it looks like when I just drag the Ticket Agent field to the Values section.

Ticket CategoryAgent

After Sale

 - 1

- 3

Bob

Bob

Sam

Pre Sale

 - 2

Marty

Marty

Unrelated

 - 4

Billie

Billie

Ideally what I would like is for the values to dissapear next to ticket category, resulting in a matrix that looks like the below:

Ticket CategoryAgent

After Sale

 - 1

- 3

Bob

Sam

Pre Sale

 - 2

Marty

Unrelated

 - 4

Billie

Is there anyway to do this with DAX and creating measures? I am bit a stumped with this one, your help is kindly appreciated.
