In Employee count analysis, in "Employee count by department" visual, i'm showing employee count by department. Here i also want to show average age in same chart, How can i show both the measures in same stacked column chart ??

Please try this measure:
Average Age = AVERAGE('Employee-Performance-Data'[age])*1000
Then change its format in Model pane:
Add this measure to the stacked column chart, the result shows:

I don't think secondary axis in stacked bar chart is currently supported. Perhaps you can show the one of the measures as a marker/dot/asterisk. This can be done by using a combo chart and under Shapes, set stroke width to 0.
