Show zero instead of blanks in a matrix visual

I have already tried adding + 0 at the end of my measure and even tried COALESCE but both of those aren't working which is weird because it always worked before when I encountered this same scenario where I have to show 0 instead of blank. My suspicion is that there is no value for those blank cells in the data source which is why putting +0 at the end isn't working since those cells never get called in the first place(?)

Anyway, what are my options? I've recreated this scenario in the below pbix.

It works if you are using dimensions instead of the attributes from the fact table:
