Show unencrypted Data in PowerBi Desktop - Always Encrypted feature from SQL-Server

Thank you for the link. But this article only describes the configuration in connection with an Azure database. We need the ODBC setting for onpremise to the Windows Certificate Store.
I still found that if I am entering the connection call directly in the options, I am getting the data displayed decrypted (perfect), but the query changes from direct query to import query. I cannot find an option in the ODBC driver to activate the direct query mode. How am I supposed to import terabytes of data into PowerBI if the user has to set the appropriate filters in the ReportServer for his individual analysis?
