Show total average in each row

Hi  I need to show the total average of 147% in a new column repeating the value for each row. ( the outcome I need is in red below)   This is the calculation for arrears= arrears =  DIVI...

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Try the following measures

    Measure = CALCULATE(AVERAGE('Table'[Arrears]),ALL('Table'))
    Measure 2 = IF(HASONEVALUE('Table'[City]),SUM('Table'[Arrears]),[Measure])

CALCULATE ( [arrears], ALL ( [your city column name] ) )

Hi,

 

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

I tried this first and It didn't work I think because the arrears is taking two different tables in it.
