I have requirement wher in i have showcase all columns value at cell level
If I select Brand in slicer then also it should should 121
I have tried dax measure as Calculate (Sum(Value),AllSelected(Dataset),Values(Dataset[Period]) which is giving me grand total in all cells, Please help

My measure:
M_Value = SUMX(CALCULATETABLE('Table',ALL('Table'[Brand])),[Value])
Result is as below.
By Default:
Select State in slicer:

I tried but when i select Brand it dont show column total

@GAURAV7781 , You are filtering brand then only one brand is there, then the total will match with that brand.
Please check You have shown filter of Market in the first screen shot
If you want to ignore all filters
Calculate (Sum(Dataset[Value]),All(Dataset)))
