Show tooltip in Dashboard

Hi all,

Currently I am working on a Dashboard for our team to monitor several processes in terms of performance.

I have made some traffic lights, with a tooltip that shows the error lines if applicable. 

However; this only works on the report page level. If I pin the tile to the dashboard, the tooltip won't show up. Whenever I pin the entire page to the dashboard, it still won't work. Is there some workaround to get this done or is this not available in PowerBI yet?

@Juuls , There is an issue that was accepted 4 years back. I do not see that is resolved yet
