Show the Average Total Measure Value in all the rows of table. Remove Row Context

I have the below Measure named as "10%FX" and the DAX used to generate this measure is

10%FX = DIVIDE([09FX],[01UnitCostBudget],0).

We can see the average % at the total as 30.80%.

I need all the rows to get generated as 30.80% instead of getting separted based on row context.

@sabariprabu , Try like

10%FX GT = calculate( DIVIDE([09FX],[01UnitCostBudget],0), allselected())

10%FX GT = calculate( DIVIDE([09FX],[01UnitCostBudget],0), all())
