Show several tiles; Employee Gallery >> visual wanted

Dear experts,

I'm looking for a visual that is able to display several tiles based on dynamic data.
The tile should show a name of an employee, his phone number and two links.
An image would be great, but is no must.
Is there any visual you can recommend? I've tried Power Apps gallery. But the integration in my power BI report is not as I want it to be.
So I'm looking for a visual now.
