Show records between cumulative months

I have created cumulitive count of records in powerbi.

i want to show records between month that increased.

ex. Jan -4 , Feb -11. 

want to show those 7 records in matrix.

When use click on Feb it should show those 7 records.

thanks but applying this doenst give output that we require.
Ex. when user clicks on Apr, metrix should show 5 parts only ( which added after Mar)

yes, i have used measuer on sales.

using matrix show all records. I want show diffrence between months.

ex. Mar had 20 but in Apr became 25. which are those 5 parts needs to identified.

then in the matrix use sales as the measure/value
