Show percentage of all records rather than the top 5 shown in crosstab

I’m filtering a cross tab to show a top five (by sum).  I have the same top 5 in another cross tab by % of column total.  It calculates that % just from those 5 countries though, and add up to 100%, rather than from all countries (so that the sum of those five percentages ≠100), which is what I want.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Thank you!!

Hi,

In the first place, the Top 5 do not seem to be Year wise becuase in different years, the top 5 countries could be different (so there should be more than 5 rows there).  Please clarify this even before we get on to getting the correct %'s.

Hi @Ashish_Mathur

Yes, that's true.  I'm using the top 5 from all years combined.  So the five shown in any given year might all be different but I'm not worried about that.
