Hello I have a measure A and a line chart with data hierarchy on XX axis.
I have two hidden pages one for month and another for year details.
My goal is, when on the xx axis I have the year I would like only see the year detail page:
when on the xx axis I have the month I would like only see the month detail page
Is there any way to configure that?
Solved! Go to Solution.
If you left click on the dot INSTEAD of right clicking this causes a filter.
You can use this filter on a button to change its drillthrough filter and destination.
For example if the filtered generated is by month go to the month page and if the filter is year then go to a year page etc

If those two are the only destinations have you considered a drillthrough button?
The destination can be set on an expression.

This is not a botton but when I click on graph on the dot inside the graph.
Your solution does not work for my case.
Them clicking on the dot filters the button.
Yes it is adding an extra step but achieves the outcome.

Sorry, I did not understand your comment. My drill through is when I click on dot in the graph:
