Show multiple years in monthly graph

Hi,

I would like to show in a graph (like the attached line ; but same question for column) a continious monthly dataset running over multiple years. How can I achieve this ? To clarify I want to first show Jan to Dec 2018 and then the graph should continue with Jan to Dec 2019.  (I understand that I can show a different line for the 2018 and 2019 values using the same shared month axis; but I really want the line to continue; so showing all months twice)

HI @AMS77 ,

In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you add 'year' to axis and drill down to show the whole graph. (Notice: it will change visual sort order)

For the sort order issue, you can take a look at the following link to create a custom sort order table to fix it.

Hi @AMS77 !

You can create a calculated column with the year and the month; after that you put the column in the X axis and you can resolve your question
