Show moving on percentage Line and stacked chart

Hi,
Help Pls..
I want to display the line chart data based on the previous stacked column in percentage. and the data like this:

 This Square (in Red), 

The data is converted to a percentage based on the movement of that amount (increased or decreased) in %
