This multi row card will not work . but you can use a custom visual from app source.
you can increase or decrease the width to accomendate below output.

@HarishKM Hello, whenever data gets updated how this will be possible. For eg: In existing data lets say there are five countries in the slicer and later on it got updated to three countries. In such scenario how can we achieve this?
@HarishKM How set the properties, because slicer width is not updating automatically some white space is coming in the slicer
