Show latest value per Area

Hi,

I need some help with a ilustration.

This is my table in Power BI.

I want that in the table it only shows the lates % for each area. In this case only to show

Area               Date                %

LightSpeed     Jan-23-23       97.33%

PLS                 Jan-19-23       86.67%

I hope someone can help.
