Show how many times that a number in a column was above 10 monthly

How, I'm trying to create a graph to show how many times the numbers in my column appear above 10 and then add them into a bar graph that shows it monthly.

@DylanBanINT , You can use a visual level filter on

 

measure =count(Table[Column])

 

In visual level filter measure > 10

 

or try segmenetation

you can then use slicer
