You can use TOPN function to get the highest sum of sales value by category.
For example :-
EVALUATE
TOPN (
1,
ADDCOLUMNS (
VALUES ( 'Product'[Product Category] ),
"@Sales Amount", [Sales Amount]
),
[@Sales Amount],
DESC
)
ORDER BY [@Sales Amount] DESC

TOPN(
