Show hardcoded text in a slicer when all items are selected instead of "ALL"

Hello Community,

I have multiple slicers, And I want each slicer to show a hardcoded text if all values are seleced. for example like this

Instead of

I even searched for a 3rd party slicers, didn't find anyone with this functionality.

I invented only one solution to add a card behind of the slicer and it shows the required hardcoded text when ISFILTERED(Column_NAME)=FALSE() while making the slicer transparent ... but this is not a sustainable solution and also it requires a lot of development.

Did anyone solve this issue?
