Somoene said this should be possible yesterday but I am new to power bi and need more guidenace I need to things the chart on the left with previous year and the kpi percentage as shown in the table layout

If you have these fields in your source data, you can just drag them into the visual (Clustered column chart). If not, you can create two measures. If you'd like more details, please provide a sample.
