Hi,
I hope you are well.
Im currently have a drill through page which shows the all the open roles, teh dill through is based on a measure. in my DAX I use distinct count to report the number of open roles, however when i drill through I can see same roles multiple times as since multiple candiadtes have applied the roles, is there a way to show the open roles only once in drill through page.
Regards,
Darshan

@DarshanKumar, you have different values for Organic and Direct Sourcing, which value will you show then? Again, the concept in Power BI is that if all the column combined in a row in unique then it will show one row only. In your example, you have different values for one of the columns and that's why you are seeing multiple rows (I will not call it duplicate).
For testing purposes, remove all the columns except the first one, and if you drill through, you will see the value only once. I hope it makes sense.

@parry2k thanks for your valuable suggestion. It worked. I was able to remove duplicates by removing some of the columns.
@parry2k that perfectly make sense. I will test and let you know. Thanks you very much for your help
@DarshanKumar, how do you expect the table to show the data? You are sharing what is actual, what is the expectation?

@parry2k The barchart is in a different sheet & when I drill through I get the table.
As you can see from the table role with reference number REF3071T is shown multiple times in drill through table. Here I want to show only once.

Darshan
@DarshanKumar are you showing role and candidate in the visual? If it is only a role, it should show only once. What else is in the visual that making the line in the table visual a unique row?

Hi @parry2k ,
Thanks for your response. Please find below the details.
Each open role has got a reference number and I have a visual which gives the number of open roles by department. The dax is simple we are just distinct counting the open roles. The open roles number in the visual is correct. In the drill through page whcih gives the details of these roles, I can see some roles showing multiple times, because multiple candidates have applied for this role and the role is still in the interview process. please find the snapshot below. Let me know if you need more details

Darshan
