There is an update in Analytics section in Power BI Desktop Update - March 2019 'Show dates as a hierarchy now generally available', my understanding is the date column in my existing PBI report would show as hierarchy (Year/Quarter/Month) after the upgrade, but after I upgraded the software, I found there is no '+' sign ahead of the date column in fields to show dates as a hierarchy, do I need do something else to make it work?
Hi @Anonymous,
unfortunately I don't see your data model, but there can be 2 things you should try.

Hi @Nolock , thanks for the reply, the table/column in my PBI report are not created using Power BI, it's created in Azure server initially, then deployed to Power BI through Visual Studio tool, the column type showed in Visual Studio is 'Date':
But in Power BI fields, when I right click the column name 'EOM', the 'Date Hirarchy' selection you showed in 'Ad2' is not visible.
Hi @Anonymous,
have you checked that the column OEM has the data type date in Power BI? It's the step 1 in my previous post.
