Show comment option in published dashboard

Dear Experts, I want to show Comment feature in my published dashboard but how to enable it for all ? As a admin I can see this feature but end user can't see it in his login.   Kindly help me in...

Hi Anonymous ,

 

After my tests, I could reproduce this issue when end user is under a different tenant.

If the end user and you are under the same tenant, the "Comments" option will appear.
